One original and one copy of the following are included for your review. Approved Existing Permit W00040840 Permit Modification Application Permit Application Fee of $480.00 (check number 174190) Project Narrative The enclosed documents are submitted for the modification of the existing approved permit (W00040840). The modification of the existing permit is due to the transfer of ownership of the existing 16" force main. In November of 2020 the ownership of existing 16" Force main was transferred from City of Southport to Brunswick County. Therefore, the relocation of his line will be included in the permit application for Brunswick County for their submittal. The removal of force main sewers from existing permit should consist of: Force Main Sewer 16" 9877 LF of PVC DR 18 Force Main Sewer 20" 7423 LF of HDPE DR9 The final sewers to be listed in the final permit should consist of: Gravity Sewer — 8" 564 LF of PVC SDR35 Force Main Sewer 8" 1946 LF of PVC DR18 As of date no sewer mains included in the original permit have been constructed or certified to the NCDOT delaying this project. This project if schedule to Let in November 2021. The plans have been reviewed and approved by Tom Stanley with the City of Southport as well as the Utility Section of The North Carolina Department of Transportation.
