Proiect Narrative
The enclosed documents are submitted for the relocation of the existing 16" force main, and the upsizing
of an existing 16" force main to a 24" force main. The existing sewer main is owned by Brunswick
County. These relocations are due to impacts to the existing sewer system by the project construction
associated with the NCDOT project R-5021, NC 211 Widening. These relocations are located along NC
211 and will not result in any additional flow. The plans have been reviewed and approved by Brent
Lockamy with Brunswick County as well as the Utility Section of The North Carolina Department of
Transportation. The permit numbers of the existing 16" force main sewer being relocated have been
included in the application.

I had voided the original approvals for both permits since it had not been started & no certifications had been
submitted. Additionally, I figured this would all be certified at once or relatively close together thus would keep the
approval and all certifications for the projects under one permit version.

The Draft for City of Southport (WQ0040840) looks good. One correction is on Page 3 of 9 the word "City" has a typo.
The Draft for Brunswick County (WQ0023692); our intention in our application was to add the lengths in the application
not replaced what was already permitted by AECOM. If need I to change anything on our application please let me
know.

That is fine and why I sent a draft as I wasn't clear on totals. For the County permit, please provide me with the total
