Where Wetland is <15' from The Landings Property Une,
a 15' offset/setback will be maintained for the Spoilo
Basin Toe from the Deep Point -The landings Property
Line.
Silt Fence per NCGO1 Ground Stabilization and Materials
Handling (Separate Sheet Effective Dated 4/1/19 indicates
for Stockpiles, 5' of separation is to be maintained from
the toe to the silt fence. This Spoil Basin is not quite a
Stockpile, but Silt Fence is Drawn as much as possible to
follow this guidance. Silt Fence along road to be set at
10' off of edge of road.
Note: CAMA by Heather Coats E-mail 12-10-2011
confirming Doug Huggett Conversation that extending
spoil basins upward (and inward by virtue of the no
steeper than 2H:1V Exterior Slopes) Is allowed as long
that the original footprint is maintained. Hence the Spoil
Basin Design Max Footprint Is shown in places further
out than the proposed topo, in order to give constructor
more leeway in maximizing the basin interior volume or
for dry soil/dry spoil placement.

Compact =10.30 Blows/ft = 35°-40°; Loose 4-10 Blows/ft = 30°-35'; Very Loose = < 4 Blows/ft <30°
Approximate Spoil Basin #2 Presently Undisturbed Site has (after clearing/grubbing) a min angle of internal Friction = 31.5° = 1.63H:1V;
max 37° =1.32 1.32H:1V; and an appx average = 33.6' = 1.5H:1V in relevant depths of the proposed Spoil Basin #2
Spoil Basin #2 interior side slopes shown as nominal 1.5H:1V = 33.6° to maximize interior volume. From the original soil report this should be
achievable, or close to achievable. It doesn't matter if the interior slope is slightly less or more at time of construction, as the intended spoil will
further support the interior slopes.
