Asheville, NC: eDMR Registration for NCG030466 Attachments: NPDES-Owner-Affiliation-Change-20191104-DEMLR-SW.PDF; SW-Electronic- Reporting- Registration- Form-20210721-Eaton_Corp.pdf Todd, In order to change the Owner Affiliation for a permit, the new legally responsible person/responsible official needs to submit the attached Owner Affiliation change form. Then we can change the Owner Affiliation in our database. There is an on-line form where you can upload these, if you haven't done that for this permit already (please let me know if you have). Once that's done, I believe that person also needs to fill out a new eDMR registration form as well. The one you sent looks like it was filled out by the previous person. It may take us some time to make those updates. Our Administrative Assistant position that was handling these is currently vacant, and we are behind on registrations and owner updates. However, please go ahead and submit the necessary paperwork so we have a record. We realize the deadline for e-reporting is approaching, and we will work through the registrations as we're able to. This registration form will need to be complete and submitted to the DEQ before industrial stormwater monitoring results can be uploaded to the new DEQ eDMR system. The monitoring report is due by January 30, 2022 (within 30 days after the end of the monitoring period). The eDMR Owner Verification Report (see attached) from the DEQ records lists Dave Mannebach as the Responsible Official for Eaton Corporation Permit NCG030466. If the Responsible Official designation needs to change, a request must be submitted to DEQ Environmental Engineer, Bethany Georgoulias(bethany.georgoulias@ncdenr.gov) to update. Both you and David Overly are listed as Administrators of the permit on the eDMR Registration form, which will allow you both to manage data entry, certify eDMR reports, and submit eDMR reports. Following approval and signature by the Responsible Official and Administrators the eDMR Registration form must be sent by email to the Stormwater eDMR Administrator (sw-edmr@ncdenr.gov) and in hard copy with original signatures to: DEMLR Stormwater Program eDMR, Attn: Stormwater eDMR Administrator, 1612 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27699-1612 Further details on the Six Step Process for Stormwater eDMR are here: Six Step Process I NC DEQ Please let me know if you have questions.
