Please advise on the status of issuing the JD for the referenced. As you know, Anthony Scarborough had placed one of
our State permit applications on hold pending receipt of an approved JD. I received correspondence from him a few

weeks ago stating he was going to return the application to me if the JD is not issued by February 7. Your help on this
would be greatly appreciated.
