Hi Alaina,
Sorry for the confusion. The number you have is the one for the original project, in 2017,that was to be a convenience
store and car wash. When they decided to make it a car wash only the Town had them submit new plans, even though
the ESC plan was not changing, and assigned it a new SEC number which is SEC-018724-2020. Again, I am sorry for the
confusion on this one.

Hi Chris,

We received an NCGO1 NOT request for a project called"Sam's Xpress Car Wash." They uploaded the attached close-
out documentation,but the project number on the inspection report doesn't match the project number we have on file, so
I'm wondering if the permittee uploaded the correct report.
The project number we have on file is SEC-11551-2017. The inspection report lists the number as SEC-018724-
2020. Are we dealing with the same project?
