The Division of Water Resources (DWR) has reviewed your courtesy PCN for the Broadband
Installation along US-74 Wilmington to Asheville (HO-0002). The DWR concurs that the project does
not require a written concurrence /general certification letter. Please be reminded that you must
still comply with the activity specific conditions and the general conditions set forth in General
Certification # 4275 that corresponds to the United States Army Corps of Engineer’s Nationwide
Permit 57. For future reference the DWR has assigned this project a DWR# 20210244. Please
