DEQ does not issue extensions for annual report submittals. However, since Canton was audited during the reporting cycle, you need only submit a letter with a brief summary of the audit date, results and status to serve as the annual report this year. Jeanette, As you are aware- we experienced catastrophic flooding in Canton back in August and are inundated with the FEMA process. Is there any possibility of a time extension to get the annual report done? We are also awaiting comment on our Stormwater Plan submitted to you all.
