Jeff, thanks — I've got it now.
If you could just email me the pages of the application with the revised impact tables, that would be great. That way I
can forward this information to Laurie in the Central Office so she'll have the revised information as well. Thank you.

The new permit is for a new road crossing that was not part of the original subdivision; the new road was added
later. So the new impact is not a replacement to the original permit, it's in addition to it.
The revised impact map is attached with the corrected wetland impact. I am forwarding this revised map to James at
ACOE as well.

Hi Jeff,
So just to make sure I understand correctly, the 401 and Buffer Authorization for the Manor & Cottages at Bella Casa
Phase 6 is not a replacement of the Phase 5 & 6 permit, it's in addition to the Phase 5 & 6 permit.
Thank you.

Hey Cherri,
It is the basically the same piece, the name has changed. The Phase 5 & 6 permit authorized 89 'stream impact. This
addition is requesting 60' putting the project as a whole at 149'. 1 understand that with these impacts the applicant is at
the threshold for stream mitigation, and I have informed him of that.
You are correct on the wetland impacts. The engineer did not calculate the correct amount because of the buffer being
there. I just talked to him and he is correcting that and I will get it to you asap. Sorry for the confusion.

Hi Jeff,
I just had a couple of things I needed your help on regarding the Manors & Cottages at Bella Casa Phase 6. First, is there
any overlap with this project and The Manors at Bella Casa Phases 5 & 6 or is it a completely difference piece of property
with totally new impacts? Second, could you double check the impact calculations. it looks like riparian buffer and
jurisdictional wetlands overlap. My understanding if that's the case, is that the area should be counted twice in terms of
impacts.
Just let me know and thanks very much.
