Please be advised that since there are multiple occurrences of bog turtles in the area (3+ miles from
the site), the USFWS would encourage whoever is conducting the repair to consider bog turtles if
any of the work or associated action will take place within the wetlands that provide suitable bog
turtle habitat.

Attached are the corresponding regional and general conditions, and the permit compliance
certification. Please note that design plans submitted with the PCN as well as all special, general and
regional conditions must be strictly adhered to in order for this verification letter/authorization to
remain valid. Additionally, Little Pine Creek is subject to the Trout Moratorium, therefore in -stream
activities must be avoided Oct 15-April 15.
