Dear Mr. Averitte,
Please reference our telephone conversation today regarding the above cited
project. As we discussed, the 404/401 application requests approval for 0.17 acres of
wetland impacts that were previously approved but not accomplished during the life of
the original permit.
I am enclosing a copy of the material dated June 15, 2007, that I submitted to the
Corps and a copy of the Corps Public Notice dated July 13, 2007. The Lionshead work
was part of a larger permit in December 2001 that was not completed during the permit
period. This request is to complete that project which was previously approved and for
which mitigation has been completed.
