Greetings,
Pursuant to NC GS 74-51 of the Mining Act of 1971, this correspondence serves to request that the
State of North Carolina Mining Permit NCG5200017 for Site#57-08 be transferred from one party to
another.
On 12 November 2021, Blue Bucket Entertainment & Novelties, Inc. (Lisa Michalik, President,
Matthew J. Michalik, Vice-President, Stanislava A. Michalik, Secretary/Treasurer) closed on the sale of
Cherokee Ruby and Sapphire Mine to Cherokee Ruby Mine LLC (do Managing Member Eric C.
Handte). Blue Bucket and its officers/shareholders have no association with, financial interest in, or
participation in Cherokee Ruby Mine LLC, and transfers all responsibilities and liabilities under the
Mining Act of 1971 to Cherokee Ruby Mine LLC.
Please transfer the Mine Permit into the new owners'name.
