Kelly, Cherri & Tyler:
The permittee, Daniel' Brown, 'needs another month to close on the property and finalize the loan
agreements to be able to make this mitigation payment. Mid - February should be fine but if we can
extend 'the invoice and mitigation condition such, that he, makes the •payment until February -27th that
should be more than sufficient.
Kelly'- I assume that you will, just extend the EEP another 60 days. He won't need it all, 'but whatever
works- best for you.
Cherri - Can you just make a note to the file or do you need to revise the 401?
Tyler - I presume we're good so long as it•'s paid before the impacts.
Schedule - Daniel said that they hope10 start work in the wetland /stream areas by the middle to end!
of February. He understands that the mitigation payment needs to be, resolved first. Cherri had
asked fora site visit., Daniel said that he would let me know as soon as the bypass pipe is in and they
begin backfilling the pipe. That should be a good time to come to the site. He's using ST Wooten
who is generally pretty good and knowledgable about wetland regulations.
