The Division has reviewed your application for a No Exposure Certification for Exclusion (NE) for the
subject facility. Based on the information provided and a follow-up site visit conducted on September
30, 2021, the NE has been approved.
Please note that you are obligated to maintain no -exposure conditions at your facility. If conditions
change such that your facility can no longer qualify for a NE, you are obligated to immediately obtain
NPDES permit coverage for your stormwater discharge. Otherwise, the discharge becomes subject
to enforcement as an un-permitted discharge. Your NE does not expire. In order to help assure that
your facility stays in compliance with all of the conditions in the Certification, you must self -recertify
your facility at least annually. Please see the attachment for information on self -recertification.
Your conditional exclusion from permitting does not affectyour facility's legal requirements to obtain
environmental permits that may be required under other federal, state, or local regulations or
ordinances.

Inspection Summary:
Met with Andrew Dagnan, EHS Manager, with Wicked Weed Brewing for a follow-up inspection to determine if the facility
can be issued a No Exposure Certification.
At the Spent Grain Area a curb and catch basin has been installed to contain any incidental leaks or spills from the spent
grain storage tank or spent grain receiving truck. This setup catches spent grain and liquid leaks from the spent grain truck
and tank outfall and flows into a 2' x 2' catch basin which has a sump pump. The sump pump sends the collected spilled
material inside the building into the industrial wastewater.
The Spent Grain Area has a cleaning schedule for each time a spent grain pickup is made, the area is cleaned by a 3rd
party pickup service provider and bi-monthly facility staff will clean the spent grain area and clean -out the catch basin.
With the corrections made to the Spent Grain Area, this office will be will be granting the No Exposure Permit for the facility.
