Additionally, Fort Bragg Directorate of Public Works is the permittee, which means Monica Stephenson or
another responsible officer with Fort Bragg must sign the NOT Certification Form and electronic NOT request.
Gardner Duckworth cannot sign because ACC Construction Company is not the permittee.
