We were reviewing SWPPPs and permits for Amazon sites we support and we noticed some minor mistakes on the
Certificates of Coverage. These are likely due to typos on the NOI applications on our end.
Can you help us get these items straightened out? Permit NCG060423 does not include the site code. Permit
NCG060420 and Permit NCG060419 have the same site code. Permit NCG060420 should be for site DRT7. I have
highlighted the adjustments below.
