This e-mail is to notify you that COC No. NCC202812 for the project Westfall 23 has been rescinded as of
12/28/2021. The COC was originally issued on 7/2/2020.
Conducting subject construction activities without approved coverage under the NCGO1 Construction
Stormwater Permit is against federal and state laws and could result in fines. If something changes and you
would again require coverage, please go to www.deq.nc.gov/NCGO1 and complete the eNOI form.
If the site is in the process of being sold, you would be performing a public service if you inform the new or
prospective owners of their potential need for NPDES permit coverage.
