There is an outstanding fee from May 2021 that must be paid before the COC can be terminated. The fastest
way to resolve outstanding fees is to use our online payment website: https:Hdeq.nc.gov/about/divisions/energy-
mineral-and-land-resources/stormwater/stormwater-program/stormwater-epayments.
Additionally, the COC number must be written on the NOT Certification Form. The COC number is the one
that starts with "NCC...." The erosion control project number was listed on the form instead of the COC
number.
Once the outstanding fee has been resolved, please submit a new NOT request. Aaron Halimi, or another
responsible corporate officer with Red Toad Powatan Road Phase 2 LLC must sign the electronic NOT request.
