Dear Mr. Kidd:
In response to the submittal of a State Stormwater: Permit Transfer Application Form, initially received by our office on
August 16, 2021, along with additional information received on December 8, 2021, a Compliance Evaluation Inspection
was conducted on December 14, 2021 at the Peartree West Subdivision located off Camden Road in Cumberland
County. The purpose of the inspection was to evaluate compliance with State Stormwater Management `Permit
SW6130703, which was originally issued to Camden Glen Development, LLC on August 13, 2013 and subsequently`
renewed on September 14, 2021. A copy of the Compliance Inspection Reportis enclosed for your review. As a result of
the inspection and subsequent file review, it has been determined that the facility is compliant with the conditions of the
subject permit and associated stormwater management plans.

Inspection Summary:
Inspection conducted in response to submittal of permit transfer application initially received on August 16,
2021. Original permit expired on August 13, 2021 and had to be renewed prior to transfer. Permit renewal
application was received on August 18, 2021 and permit was renewed on September 14, 2021 with expiration
date of August 13, 2029. Additional information regarding correct orifice diameters and drawdown rates for the
three wet ponds was requested from Moorman, Kizer & Reitzel (MK&R) on August 24, 2021 (via phone call) and
again on September 24, 2021 (via email). Revised as -built drawings with corrected orifice diameters were
received via email from MK&R on December 8, 2021.
At the time of inspection, the associated built -upon area (BUA) and the permitted stormwater control measures
(three wet ponds) appeared to be constructed/maintained per the original permit and certified as -built drawings
received from MK&R on December 8, 2021. Silt fencing that remains installed around the ponds, specifically at
the flow path of the outlets and/or emergency spillways, should be removed so it does not block concentrated
flow.
Inspection report will be sent to the current permittee (Camden Glen Development, LLC/Harold Kidd) with a copy
sent to the proposed permittee (Peartree West Owners Association/Radford Brown). Permit will be transferred to
the proposed permittee under separate letter.
