I have looked through the file and I show the current Permittee is United Developers of North Carolina, LLC. I did not
see any previous transfer of ownership documents. Therefore, because the first permit transfer incurs no fee, a fee will
not be required for the transfer.
As you probably have already found, here is the link to the request for transfer of ownership form:

We received your letter on January 28, 2010. 1 have been in touch with my Project
.Architect, Perry Peterson, who in turn talked with his engineer on the pmj ect about
remedial actions of the storm water system at "HarborSide" in Carteret County, North
Carolina. The engineer is Ron Culipher of Morehead City. He has stated through Perry
Peterson, that we should take out the present filter materials and replace it with course
