Compliance Issues: a. Due to the recent rain, and high water levels, I am unable to determine if the piping from the last catch basin has been connected into the manhole which drains into the wet pond, per the approved plans. 4. Required Actions: 3900 a. The project is not in compliance with the permit unless the piping from the catch basin is connected up to the manhole, and runoff from your site is allowed to drain into the pond, per the permit issued to Mr. Charles Smith. Despite your issue with Mr. Smith regarding the stormwater management provisions under which you purchased this lot, you are still responsible for providing stormwater management measures for this lot. While you negotiate with Mr. Smith for use of the pond, you must provide some interim stormwater management on site.
