Thank you for looking into this one, Dylan, and for explaining what's going on with the different approvals.
The permittee wants to terminate NCC204772 and keep NCC204866,which is fine because NCC204866 has both
approvals included—they used the Mod Form to upload WAKE-2021-019 back in June.
I'll include your email in the file so we know that WAKE-2020-091 is closed, which means they'll just have to provide
close-out documentation for WAKE-2021-019 when they're ready to terminate permit coverage.
Thanks again,
Alaina

Hello,
Ok yes we've confirmed that indeed there is duplicate coverage here and in fact we've already closed out the older
project(WAKE-2020-091) since it was replaced/covered by the newer WAKE-2021-019. Kimberly has updated our IBEAM
record to show WAKE-2020-091 is closed and saved a comment to on it to show its been replaced by WAKE-2021-019.
So I think you should be ok to terminate the COC NCC204866 which corresponds with WAKE-2020-091 (as far as I can
tell). Let me know if this email is sufficient or if you need a close-out inspection report or something like that from
Kimberly.
Thanks and let me know if you have any further questions,
Dylan Reinhardt

Hey Dylan,
2
I have a permittee asking to terminate one COC because they say the project is covered under another COC, so duplicate
coverage. Both projects have the same name, but different E&SC plan ID numbers. I attached the Letters of Approval
from both COCs—will you please tell me if this is indeed the same project or not?
Thanks,
Alaina
