An architectural historian will need to conduct a site visit to document the study area. NCDOT, SHPO and the lead federal agency will need to meet to determine if there is any effect to the historic district. Brief Explanation of why the available information provides a reliable basis for reasonably predicting that there are no unidentified historic properties in the APE: Based upon previous documentation from the Office of State Archaeology clearing this bridge project no further work is required.
