I got a copy of a letter you sent today related to the above project. The purpose of the letter, it would seem,
would be to rectify projects that required mitigation and yet had not paid the mitigation to the EEP.

With respect to Belmeade Subdivision, please see the attached Reverification that Monte issued in February
2010 (which just recently expired). The clients/owners redesigned the development and reduced their impacts
(for which we submitted a revised application showing the reductions) and Monte sent us the above 404 which
reflected those changes. In short, no mitigation was required.

And truthfully, I haven’t heard from or discussed this project with Steve O’Neal in about 2 years. I’m under the
impression that none of this work was ever done, honestly. The aerial images from March of this year show this
property still forested. I can see if I can find Steve and get a definitive answer from him if this project even
moved forward.
