Rudolf Bank Parcel Credit Release — Task 6
Dear Mr. Rinker:
On December 20, 2013, the Division of Water Resources (DWR) received the Year Three
Monitoring Report, dated November 2013, for the Rudolf Mitigation Bank Parcel in Johnston
County, North Carolina. According to the report, the subject bank site appears to be on target to
meeting the required success criteria at the end of five years. DWR has no remaining comments
regarding this report.
According to the UMBI, the following Project Milestone has been met, and the corresponding
credits shall be released:

6) Approval of Year 3 Monitoring Report w/ Conditions 10%
By copy of this correspondence, DWR confirms that you have satisfied the above requirements
for the above - referenced tract and an additional 10% of your nutrient offset credits (0.1 x 92,420
lbs -N = 9,242 lb -N) are now available for sale. Also, an additional 10% of your riparian buffer
credits (0.1 x 173,064 ft2 = 17,306.4 ft2) are now available for sale.
As always, please copy DWR on all correspondence related to credit sales, referencing the DWR
project number, where applicable, associated with the impacts for which credits are being
purchased as compensatory mitigation.
