The COE has instructed EEP to drop an ILF request called Two Bales Lane DWQ# 08-1265 COE# 2007-04179.
No work was conducted at the site. Since this also has a DWQ wetland mitigation requirement I am letting you know. It
will no longer appear on the unpaid invoice list b/c it’s being “uninvoiced.” I would recommend following up with Tyler
Crumbley if you need more info.
