I. Public Notice: Water Qualitv Certification for Proposed Fuauav-Varina Middle School: 20211850 Ver 1: Wake County PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that on December 16, 2021 Wake County Board of Education (111 Corning Rd Ste 190, Cary, NC 27518) applied to the NC Division of Water Resources (DWR) for a 401 Individual Water Quality Certification, pursuant to Section 401 of the Federal Clean Water Act and Title 15A NCAC 02H .0500. The activity for which this certification is sought regards School. The DWR's proposed date of final action on the application is January 21, 2022. Written comments on the application described above must be received by DWR no later than 5 p.m. on January 21, 2022. Written comments may be submitted online by filling out the Public Notice Comment Form here: <https://edocs.deg.nc.gov/Forms/401 Public Notice Comments>. Written comments may also be mailed to: 401 Permitting, 1617 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC, 27699-1617. The application is available online.
