You were part of the original approval process so I wanted to make sure you got this in case you wanted to follow up with the COE or the applicant. Hope you are doing well! From: Williams, Kelly Sent: Thursday, January 09, 2014 4:03 PM To: Merritt, Katie Subject: Audubon Villages DWQ# 08-0859 Katie The COE has instructed EEP to drop an ILF request called Audubon Villages COE# 2008-01521 and DWQ# 08-0859. No work was conducted at the site. Since this also has a DWQ stream mitigation requirement I am letting you know. It will no longer appear on the unpaid invoice list b/c it’s being “uninvoiced.” I would recommend following up with Tyler Crumbley if you need more info. 1 Take care, Kelly Kelly Williams NCEEP In-Lieu Fee Program Coordinator direct: 919.707.8915 US Postal Service Address: 1652 Mail Service Center Raleigh, NC 27699-1652 EEP's Raleigh office is located in the N.C.
