Based on my site visit on 08/27/2020 the Corps concurs with the delineation within the red outlined "Proposed Site"
depicted on "Figure 4 — Feature Exhibit" attached. It may take 90-120 days for the issuance of a written jurisdictional
determination. The delineation may be used for planning and permitting purposes, should a permit be required the JD
can be issued and the time of permit verification. AID for the project is SAW-2020-01295. I have attached the
delineation for reference.
