The site is located in the Northeast corner of the intersection of NW Judd Parkway and Coley Road. The ultimate project includes infrastructure construction for 210 Townhomes and 4 non-residential parcels. The enclosed permits are for infrastructure construction associated with phase 1 (108 townhomes). The homes in Phases 1 will be served by 6,453 LF of 8" PVC and 139 LF of DIP sewer mains with a proposed flow of 32,400 GPD. A sanitary sewer outfall will be constructed within the project site and connect to an existing sewer outfall in the Right of Way of Coley Farm Rd adjacent to the site. Please see enclosed Utility Plans. Project Schedule: Construction of the Currin Property Phase 1 is anticipated to begin in December of 2021.
