Hi David and Kaylie,

I have reviewed the information sent to me about the Clark Road Subdivision project,
which proposes to culvert 82 ft of an unnamed tributary to Henderson Creek in Henderson
County. The project should not impact wild trout and a trout moratorium is not needed for
this project.
