Cyndi, I did not realize when we sent this email that the end of this week was dovetailing into a holiday
weekend. We did not get all the final info due to peoples vacation schedules I was not aware of so I
would respectfully ask that we be allowed to push the date until 611. We are working very hard on this
great project for over a year and would apprecia#e your cooperation with this. Look forward to your

Cyndi, thank you for your return phone call yesterday. As mentioned in my call we received your letter or
April 24th and have been working with our consultants to address the question or issues you listed. The
Clemmons project is still very much active and a project we are proceeding with completing with DWQ and
Army Corps of Engineers along with completing stormwater runoff analysis. With our consultants working
on answers to your questions for the last several weeks we anticipate submitting a written response to you
for review prior to the end of next week, 5/25/07.
