Site visit was conducted on October 14, 2013. An older house at 631 SE Railroad Street was
noted as it is over fifty years of age and relatively intact. Architectural historian contacted the
project manager to ask if any work would be done within the tax parcel. In an e-mail dated
October 21, 2013, project manager stated that no work would be done within the tax parcel, only
across the street from the property. Therefore, no historic properties will be affected by this
project and a site form will be prepared to document the heretofore unknown dwelling.
