I have finalized my review of the recently submitted revised As-Built Report for the Ballahack Evans Mitigation Bank.
Thank you for incorporating the comments requested. The following items need to be received prior to granting
Approval of the As-Built Report:

hard copy of the report (David is mailing already)


Revised Figure 4 (David is sending soon)


Signed survey (just like LaGrange) showing the acreages of the nutrient offset area and the riparian buffer area

independently of one another. This signed survey must be provided to show the exact acreages for each
mitigation type that you are requesting mitigation credits for.

Prior to your next credit release of 10%, the following must be accomplished:

approved As-Built Report (almost there)


Submittal of a Monitoring Bond according to the terms of the GES Tar-Pamlico UMBI.
