Southern Environmental Group, Inc (SEGr) has been retained by Holly Ridge Investments, LLC (herein
referred to as "Applicant ") to submit the attached Pre - Construction Notification (PCN), in order to obtain
the US Department of the Army's approval to utilize Nationwide Permit 29 The permit is necessary to
impact wetlands within the proposed Holly Ridge Townhomes, located Onslow County, North Carolina
The fill is necessary to facilitate the construction of a road, which will provide access to the back of the
residential community The impact to the wetland is anticipated to be approximately 0 03 acre
Unfortunately, the feature bisects the lot in such a way that prohibits The impact has been minimized to
include only the driveway and associated slopes

USACE and DWQ to process the approval request and the authorizations will be issued However, if you
