Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts in designing project Based on the wetland feature bisects the property from east to west, and from property boundary to property boundary, avoidance is not possible. However, the impact has been limited to a single road crossing. 2b. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts through construction techniques. Strict sediment and erosion control and stormwater measures will be in place prior to beginning work associated with the feature. This will ensure that the adjacent unnamed tributary will be protected from sediment and pollutant filled stormwater runoff from the site. 2. Compensatory Mitigation for Impacts to Waters of the U.S. or Waters of the State Compensatory mitigation is not being proposed with this permit application. The feature exhibits poor functional value. Therefore, the Applicant and SEGi believe the discharge of fill material will not significantly remove chemical, biological, and physical processes from the system, to a degree that deserves to be offset with compensatory mitigation. 2a. Does the project require Compensatory Mitigation for impacts to Waters of the U.S or Waters of the State? ❑Yes ®No 2b. If yes, mitigation is required by (check all that apply). ❑DWR ❑Corps 2c.
