I just finished previewing this one. My only issue is (once again) the proposed priority I restoration of intermittent
channels. In addition, I don't remember the results of the discussion about the crediting of the ephemeral reaches. I
think they are valuable to the project and will assist in protecting /improving water quality, so I guess 5:1 is OK.
Let me know if you have anything else.
