Planning and Engineering Departments. This approval is required prior to applying for the Construction
Stormwater General Permit (NCG010000). Application for this permit can be made at
hiips:Hdeq.nc.gov/NCGOI.

email at [e-mail], to set up a pre -construction meeting after obtaining your Certificate of
Coverage (COC) from NCDEQ. Refer to the attached Fact Sheet for additional information.
The Financially Responsible Owner (FRO) is responsible for ensuring this project meets all
federal, state and local town codes, ordinances and standards.
Approved and stamped plans are accessible to print from EPM. Click on the "Approved
Package" menu option in EPM to print the approved package. Please keep one set of stamped
plans onsite at all times.
