This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in NPDES WW Permit No. NC0082139. The findings and comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report entitled "Compliance Inspection Report". There were no significant issues or findings noted during the inspection and therefore, a response to this inspection report is not required. The facility operates under NPDES permit #NC0082139 and was found to be compliant with NPDES permit #NC0023139. There were no issues observed during the inspection. No discrepancies were found between the lab data and what was present on the reports. The ORC bus were also present and ready for review. However, it is important to note that the facility switched from recording ORC logs electronically to reporting them on paper. All requested documents were present and ready for review.
