Description of Collection System or Treatment Process:
This 0.50 m d wastewater treatment facilit consists of a bar screen
an Aeromod Com lete Mix s stem tube settlin clarifier slud a di ester
chlorination and ost aeration.

This plant performed enerally well during 2007.

February TS S daily and monthly limit of 45 and 30 mg/L. Daily
exceeded on 3 occasions- 32.0, 90.0 55.0 mg/L; Monthly
TSS was exceeded with a single measurement of 39.9
mg/L. Operator had to add seed sludge to the plant; solid
fell out.

October The daily Fecal Coliform maximum limit of 400 colonies
per 100 ml was exceeded with a single result of > 13,000
colonies per 100 ml. Reason unknown.
On October 26,2007, approximately 80,000 gallons of
sewage was discharged over the plant due to a hydraulic
overload brought about by a 1-1/2-inch rainfall. The
plant upset did not hit surface water.
The daily Fecal Coliform maximum limit of 400 colonies
per 100 ml was exceeded with a single result of >700
colonies per 100 ml. Fecal was out to due to chlorine
malflunction. Chlorine pump has been replaced. TSS
daily and monthlylimit of 45 and 30 mg/L. Daily
exceeded on 3 occasions- 32.0, 90.0 55.0 mg/L; Monthly
TSS was exceeded with a single measurement of 34.8
mg/L. Daily TSS Limit of 45 mg/L was exceeded by a
single measurement of 51 mg/L. TSS was out due to
solids in chlorine contact chamber. A vacuum truck
removed the solids. Aqua replaced the sump pump in
aeration chamber.
TSS daily and monthly limit of 45 and 30 mg/L. Daily
exceeded on 2 occasions- 70.0 and 46.0 mg/L; Monthly
TSS was exceeded with a single measurement of 47.25

mg/L. TSS was exceeded due to improper of solids
while backwashing of filters. Solids were removed from
chlorine contact chamber.
II. Notification
Our customers received a message on their bills regarding the availabilityof
this report upon request and a notebook containing these reports is located in
our Customer. Service office.
III. Certification
I certify under penalty of law that this report is complete and accurate to the
best of my knowledge. I further certify that this report has been made
available to .the users or customers of the named system and that those users
