This 0.50 MGD wastewater treatment facility consists of a bar screen,
an Aeromod Complete Mix system, tube settling clarifier, sludge: digester,
chlorination and post aeration.
II. Performance
Text Summary of System Performance for Calendar Year 2009

Overall the plant does perform well. Having clarifiers would replace the need for
settler tubes. It has been budgeted in years past. Going forward, Aqua is trying to
maximize the existing design of the plant. This includes coaching and training the
operator with proper cleaning and maintenance procedures.
List (by month) any violations of permit conditions or other environmental
regulations. Monthly lists should include discussion of any environmental impacts
and corrective measures taken to address violations.

March The daily maximum for fecal was exceeded. The operator
cleaned out the chlorine contact chamber.
April The daily maximum for fecal coliform was exceeded. The
chlorine chemical feed pump lost prime and therefore did not
feed sufficient chemical. The operator re -primed the pump.

The daily maximum for fecal colifom was exceeded. The
chlorine pump was replaced and the chlorine contact chamber
was cleaned.

The daily and average monthly NH3-N limits were exceeded.
Aqua replaced a blower and stabilized the feed of Dissolved
Oxygen. Subsequently, the concentration of NH3-N was
lowered. wo daily fecal were exceeded due to the chemical feed
pump losing prime again. The pump was replaced.
The daily maximum for fecal colifom was exceeded. The
operator found the chemical line to have a split. This line was
replaced.

November The daily maximum for fecal was exceeded. This was caused
by increased plant flow and underfeed of chlorine.
December The daily maximum for fecal coliform was exceeded. This was
caused by high plant flow and a dirty contact chamber.
II. Notification
Our customers will receive a letter regarding the availability of this report upon
request. These reports will also be available for review with the customer at
Aqua's Southern Ca11 Center.
III. Certification
I certify under penalty of law that this report is complete and accurate to the best of
my knowledge. I further certify that this report has been made available to the
users or customers of the named system and that those users have been notified of
its availability.
