Comment: Weeds and veoetation have significantly overgrown the facility and must be removed.This
presents both an operational barrier and safety hazard to the ORC and inspector. Institute a
regular program for weed/vegetation control.

Comment: The effluent weir box and UV disinfection chamber are unsecured and potentially accessible
by the public. These constitute a safety hazard (specifically for children). Secure access
with a fence or lock system.
