RECORDED PLAT OR DEED); BUT SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO ENTER. AND REPAIR
OR CONSTRUCT, WITHIN ALL DEDICATED DRAINAGE EASEMENTS IF DRAINAGE FROM
WITHIN THE EASEMENT NEGATIVELY IMPACTS THE TOWN'S PUBLIC STREET

REGIONAL/PUBLIC SCM FACILITY/EASEMENT ON A RECORDED PLAT OR DEED);
