Dear Mr. Randolph:

On December 15, 2021, Stephanie Goss and Colleen Cohn of the Raleigh Regional Office (RRO)
conducted a site visit at the subject facility. Present during the inspection was Kevin Buchanan of
WithersRavenel and James Allen. Their cooperation during the inspection was appreciated. The facility
is located at 5402 Hwy 54 West, Chapel Hill, NC. The treatment units were not operating during the time
of the inspection and according to Mr. Allen, groundwater remediation has not been conducted since
April 2019.
