Regarding the Minor Permit Modification request, As previously discussed, The NCDOT is requesting a
permit modification to allow temporary barge placements. See attached the contractor plans and narrative
requesting this modification. The barges will be placed and removed by crane and not dragged to the next
location.
There are no additional stream, buffer, or wetland impacts associated with this proposed work.
The attached documents include the information you requested to complete the minor permit mod. request.
