Mr. Bullard,

Please find below the requested narrative:

We are requesting permission to use 30’x10’ barges at the Overflow bridge to facilitate
construction of our temporary work bridge. These will be utilized as supports for a personnel
walkway as well as allow for safer and more efficient installation of the pile template for
temporary bridge bents. Only two barges will be utilized at a time during the installation of each
span. The drawing shows all locations where the barges may be utilized. However, they would
never all be in at the same time.
