In that file, you should find a drawing (a plan) showing the permitted drainage area of the SCM that we approved. You can compare that drawing to what you have and decide if the area you are interested in is in or out of the permitted drainage area. I don't know what parcel you're interested in. None of the outparcels that are within the drainage area of the 920114 ponds, are shown on the picture you sent. What you are showing in red on the picture you sent me is just the Food Lion portion of what is covered under the 920114 Master permit. There are also 2 outparcels on Queens Creek Road (A & D) (Burger King only), 2 outparcels on Highway 24 (B & C) (GoGas only) and a "Phase II" area. It looks like at least one of the outparcels (D) is developed, but has not applied for an offsite permit that I know of. Outparcel C is the area between the 2 driveways onto NC 24 and appears undeveloped on your picture. The Phase II area is the Dollar General. You'll have to make the trip here to see the plan for yourself and decide. There are 2 offsite permits issued, SW8 970516 for the GoGas and SW8 981204 for the Dollar General. You'd have to do a file review to see if the parcel in question is part of the project area covered by the permit. Send all suspicious email as an attachment to Linda, we have been searching to see if there is a stormwater permit (which there should be) it appears there are 3 on this site. However we are unable to located one. We are searching to see if the parcel 1313-89.4 has the right for off -site stormwater.
