Site inspection was conducted by Kevin Mitchell with the Asheville Regional Office on December 13, 2021. Nick
Adams was present during the inspection. The following are items that need attention:
- Station 188+00 L LT - Additional measures are needed adjacent to JS.
- Station 169+00 L LT - Sediment observed in JS. Measures were overwhelmed. Sediment was removed before the end
of my inspection and measures were maintained.
- Station 69+50 L LT - Groundcover needed on slopes.
