I reached out to the designer this morning to see if we can have revisions completed by tomorrow to incorporate all your comments for final review. I can touch base back with you later today of the status and we can move forward from there. Thanks for getting back to me, I know you're busy. I'm trying to finalize this application before the holidays roll around. Della, Good morning. I’d be happy to discuss the project further with you. To aid that discussion, please provide updated 401 and buffer permit plans and a short Cover Letter addressing the minor comments provided via email on 11/15/21. With the limitations you identified with the PCN submission for listing impact sites, a Cover Letter was requested to obtain further details regarding the wetland and surface water impacts planned at Site 1 and to clarify the multiple buffer impacts proposed north and south of the bridge replacement. The project description provided in the Cover Letter was a repeat of the bridge support details and specs, less from proposed impacts and construction sequencing. (example: At Site 1, the proposed wetland impacts consist of hand clearing and then placement of permanent fill for widening of the proposed roadway alignment. Site 1 also consists of temporary and permanent surface water impacts 1 located along the western bank of Big Alamance Creek for installation of rip-rap pads which will be used for energy dissipation.) Permit Drawings Comments (attached) page 2, label both impact areas for Site 1. If you’d like to email me directly, I’ll expedite review and provide comments to minimize further delays. I have availability tomorrow afternoon (Wednesday 12/15) for a Teams meeting, if necessary. Let me know what questions you have. Hi Ryan, Could we set a meeting to discuss Tabernacle Church Road's project design and summary? I spoke with the designer today and we would rather meet with you to address the comments from your last email prior to submitting another application for this will be our third submission; I'm not all sure what else is needed to move the process forward. Please let me know if your available anytime next week or forthcoming (I know the holidays are approaching).
