Dear Mr. Bautista:
Effective August 1, 2013 the State Stormwater program has been transferred from the Division of Water
Quality (DWQ) to the Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources (DEMLR). All previous
references to DWQ will remain in older stormwater permits issued prior to August 1, 2013 until they are
modified.
On December 13, 2021, the Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources received your application
for a Single Family Residence to be covered under the State Stormwater General Permit SWG010000. In
accordance with your application, we are forwarding herewith the subject Certificate of Coverage
Number SWG010034, along with a copy of the General Permit, for the construction, operation and
maintenance of the impervious areas associated with a single family residence. The General Permit is
issued pursuant to the requirements of North Carolina General Statute 143-215.1 and Title 15A NCAC
2H A000, the stormwater management rules.
Please take notice that this Certificate of Coverage is not transferable except after notice to and approval
by the DEMLR. The DEMLR may require modification or revocation and reissuance of the Certificate of
Coverage.
This permit does not affect the legal requirement to obtain other permits which may be required by the
Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources, the Division of Water Resources, Coastal Area
Management Act, or any other Federal, State, or Local agency, law, rule, or ordinance.

In compliance with the provisions of North Carolina General Statute 143-215.1, as
amended, other lawful standards and regulations promulgated and adopted by the North
Carolina Environmental Management Commission, and 15A NCAC 2H.1000, the
Stormwater rules,
Juan Carlos Morales Bautista
is hereby authorized to construct, operate and maintain 86,583 square feet of impervious
areas associated with the construction of a single family residence and the associated
stormwater runoff located at
Brothers Steel Erectors and Welding, LLC
981 Carson Gregory Road, Angier, Harnett County
and to discharge stormwater to receiving waters designated as Black River, a class C;Sw
waters in the Cape Fear River Basin, in accordance with the provisions of the General
Permit for Single Family Residences, No. SWG010000, and the approved stormwater
management plans and specifications, and other supporting data as attached and on file
with and approved by the Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources and
considered a part of this permit for the subject project.
This Certificate of Coverage shall become effective December 14, 2021.
This Certificate of Coverage shall remain in effect for the duration of the General Permit
SWG010000.
